Jason Boole, MD

Dr. Jason Boole is originally from Santa Cruz, California.   In 1987 his parents relocated to Miami, Florida.  He finished his schooling there and in 1994 he graduated Summa Cum Laude from Florida International University with a BA in Chemistry and minor in Biology. He graduated from The University of Miami Miller School of Medicine in the top quartile of his class.  Upon graduating from U of M, he continued on to Tripler Army Medical Center in Honolulu, HI.  He completed Internship and Residency in Otolaryngology as an active duty Army officer at TAMC.  Both of his children were born in Hawaii and the family later moved to Columbus, GA when his training was done.   Dr.  Boole served as the Chief of Otolaryngology at Martin Army Community Hospital at Ft. Benning for a year. He then served 3 years as a teaching faculty and 1 year as the acting residency program director at Brooke Army Medical Center at Fort Sam Houston in San Antonio, TX. At the completion of his military service in 2007, he joined a multi-specialty group in Fort Walton Beach, FL  until late 2015.

In December 2015, he founded his private practice, Northwest Florida Ear, Nose, & Throat.  He has grown a cutting edge Ear, Nose, Throat, Allergy and Sleep Apnea practice for the region.  In January 2018, Dr. Boole partnered with Fyzical Therapy and Balance Center to help his growing number of vestibular patients.  He has a state of the art, 2000 SF facility upstairs from the clinic.

His new office, now in Fort Walton Beach, opened in January 2018. It has been custom built for all his patient’s needs.
