Nurse Practitioner
Jenelle Longo is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner who graduated magna cum laude from SUNY Upstate Medical University in Syracuse, New York, with her Master of Science in Nursing degree. She began her career in family practice after moving to Jacksonville, Florida, in 2015. In 2017, she transitioned into Orthopedic Surgery and now works alongside Dr. Brett Frykberg at Orthopedic Specialists of Jacksonville, providing care in the clinic and assisting in joint replacement surgery.
Jenelle is also a certified health coach and is passionate about supporting individuals holistically through lifestyle change. She enjoys bringing a whole-person approach to her patients’ care, focusing on optimizing health and recovery both before and after surgery.
Outside of work, Jenelle enjoys staying active through running and yoga, and she loves spending time chasing after her energetic two-year-old son. She also enjoys reading, listening to podcasts, and traveling to visit family in upstate New York.
