Dr. Michael A. Fallucco earned both his undergraduate and medical degree from Vanderbilt University School of Medicine. He was then accepted into and completed a highly competitive combined General Surgery and Plastic Surgery Residency at St. Louis University School of Medicine. Dr. Fallucco then spent an additional year training in peripheral nerve surgery with a focus on surgical applications for migraines, diabetic neuropathy, and chronic post-operative joint pain.
A Board Certified Plastic Surgeon, Dr. Fallucco specializes in cosmetic, reconstructive, and peripheral nerve surgery. His favorite thing about the job is the variety of cases and patients he cares for. When he’s not in the operating room, Dr. Fallucco enjoys spending time with his family, rooting for the Vanderbilt Commodores and as an active member of a number of societies and professional organizations.
