A Georgia-native, Samuel E. Perkins, MD is a Board Certified General Surgeon with nearly two decades experience practicing medicine around the Southeast. Dr. Perkins received his medical degree and completed Residency in Surgery at Mercer University of Medicine before completing another Residency at Charleston Area Medical Center at West Virginia University School of Medicine. Dr. Perkins is a full staff member at Baptist Medical Center in Fernandina Beach. When he’s not in the operating room, Dr. Perkins enjoys spending time at the beach with his family.
