Dr. T. Jacob Seales is a fellowship-trained and board-certified joint replacement and revision surgeon who specializes in anterior hip replacement, Mako® robotic-arm assisted procedures, revision total hip replacement, revision total knee replacement, and total knee replacement.
Dedicated to providing his patients with exceptional orthopaedic care, Dr. Seales takes a team approach when treating his patients so that he can understand their goals and develop a treatment plan that meets their individual needs.
After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree from Huntingdon College in Montgomery, Alabama, Dr. Seales attended The University of Alabama at Birmingham School of Medicine in Birmingham, Alabama, for his Doctor of Medicine degree. After medical school, he went to Chattanooga, Tennessee, to complete his orthopaedic surgery residency at The University of Tennessee Health Science Center College of Medicine Chattanooga. Dr. Seales elected to undergo additional training in Weston, Florida, through an adult reconstruction hip and knee fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Florida.
In his free time, he enjoys staying active by playing golf, mountain biking, running, and lifting weights.
Dr. Seales is available to see patients at our locations in Fort Walton Beach, Destin, Niceville, and Crestview.
