Board Certified Otolaryngologist
Dr. Snowden is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS) and the American Academy of Otolaryngology–Head and Neck Surgery. He is an active member of the Florida Medical Association and Duval County Medical Society and has previously held memberships in the American Rhinologic Society and the American Association of Otolaryngic Allergy. His leadership experience includes serving as Chief of Surgery and Chief of Staff at Baptist Medical Center South, as well as board service with Baptist Physician Partners. Over his 25 years on the Baptist Health medical staff, Dr. Snowden has held multiple leadership positions, advancing ENT and surgical care throughout the system.
Whether performing advanced sinus and nasal surgery, managing chronic sinusitis and allergy, or addressing complex voice and throat disorders, Dr. Robert Snowden is widely recognized as one of Jacksonville’s most trusted specialists for sinus, nasal, and throat care.
About Dr. Snowden
Dr. Snowden is married and has three grown children. He enjoys spending time with his wife and friends as they patiently wait for grandchildren. He also enjoys reading, music, his wife’s cooking, Marvel movies, and hiking. He is a Leadership Jacksonville 2013 graduate and has volunteered for a variety of local nonprofit organizations including Baptist Health, Boy Scouts of America, the Cariad Foundation, and We Care of Jacksonville.
