Bio
Joey Duda is a board-certified Advanced Practice Registered Nurse at Bluewater Orthopedics. He started with Bluewater Orthopedics in September 2024. Joey works in the Crestview, Niceville, and Destin office locations and assists in surgery. He has additional experience in Primary care and Emergency Medicine, with training in advanced trauma care.
Joey is a veteran of the United States Marine Corps and received an honorable discharge after 11 years of service. Following his military career, he chose to pursue medicine and obtained both an associate’s and a bachelor’s degree in nursing from Northwest Florida State College. His nursing career was spent in the hospital setting, caring for patients across every specialty at Sacred Heart Hospital on the Emerald Coast. He then pursued his passion for medicine by earning his Nurse Practitioner degree from Herzing University. He is also a member of the American Association of Nurse Practitioners.
