Dr. Nima Khosravani is a board-certified, fellowship-trained general surgeon specializing in
minimally invasive, robotic, and bariatric surgery. A Winter Park native, he completed his
medical degree at the Florida State University College of Medicine, general surgery
residency at the University of Miami/Palm Beach, and fellowship in bariatric and advanced
minimally invasive surgery at Baptist South Miami Hospital, a nationally recognized center
for minimally invasive and bariatric surgery. He is an active member of the American
College of Surgeons and the American Society for Metabolic and Bariatric Surgery, with
research published in medical journals and presentations at national and international
conferences. With a focus on patient-centered care, he combines advanced surgical
technology with a personalized approach to help patients achieve the best outcomes.
Outside of surgery, he enjoys saltwater fly fishing, spearfishing, traveling, cooking, and
exploring bourbon and wine.
